Most SIM and signal issues can be resolved through simple checks. Please follow the steps below one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Inspect your SIM card physically<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power off your phone completely before removing the SIM tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take out the SIM card and check for scratches, bending, dirt or oxidation on the metal chip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently wipe the metal chip with a clean dry soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure the SIM card is placed in the tray with the correct orientation, then push the tray back firmly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For dual\u2011SIM models, swap the SIM card to another slot and test again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: Do not use non\u2011standard cut SIM cards. This will refresh your mobile network connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart your phone.
