After Sales Policy

1. Warranty Period
Mobile phone handset/Charger/Data cable:: 1 year
Battery: 6 months
Ecosystem Products including but not limited to: power banks, speakers, cameras, data cables, projectors, chargers, power strips, and earphones. Warranty policies may vary by country. Please consult your local distributor for details.
2. Warranty Period Calculation
For mobile phones you can check on this website: Support-Warranty status.
For your warranty and replacement eligibility, please ensure you have the valid purchase invoice.
For Ecosystem Products
• With valid delivery invoice: warranty starts from the invoice date.
• Without valid invoice: warranty is determined by the product batch date plus 3 months.
3. Conditions for Mobile Phone Replacement
For mobile phone: refer to performance defect listed in the “Mobile Phone Performance Failure Table” upon unboxing, AFCARE service centers will replace it free of charge with the same model and specification. Appearance requirements for replacement:
• No screen scratches;
• Labels intact;
• No signs of wear or use on the housing.

4. Repair Cycle & Quality Management
a. If the consumer or distributor delivers the faulty device in person, and parts are available, the service center shall complete the repair on-site or on the same day.
b. If the device is sent in by courier, the service center shall complete the repair within 2 working days after receipt and return it to the customer.
c. If an in-person repair cannot be completed within 2 working days (from the date the service center receives the device), the service center shall provide a free loan unit:
• Feature phone → feature phone loaner
• Smartphone → smartphone loaner
The loan unit will be retrieved once the original device is repaired.
5. Exclusions from Free Warranty Service
The following situations are not covered under free warranty:
a.The warranty period has expired;
b. No valid warranty certificate or delivery invoice, unless it can be proven the product is still within the warranty period;
c. Warranty certificate information does not match the actual product or has been altered;
d. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or care not in accordance with the user manual;
e. Damage caused by disassembly or repair by unauthorized service providers;
f. Damage caused by force majeure events.
6.My phone developed obvious cosmetic issues (wear or paint chipping) after being sent to a retailer or service center for repair. What should I do?
The appearance of the phone is not covered under warranty. If the receipt clearly recorded the appearance condition of the phone when you sent it in for repair, and it is returned with serious discrepancies from the receipt, you can ask the seller or service center to resolve the issue. If the seller or service center refuses to resolve the issue, you can also file a complaint on our official website, and the company headquarters service center will contact the local seller or service center to resolve the issue.

Battery, Power & Charging

My phone powered off automatically after the battery was completely drained. After charging, it cannot power on. What should I do?
If the battery is fully drained, it may enter low-power protection mode. After a short charging time, the battery may not be activated immediately. Please charge the phone for at least 2 hours. After sufficient charging, the charging icon should appear and the phone should power on normally. If the phone still cannot power on after prolonged charging, please contact your local retailer or service center for inspection and repair.
My phone cannot be powered off normally. What should I do?
Near the phone’s power button, there is a small pinhole. You can use a SIM ejector tool to press and hold this hole for more than 10 seconds to perform a hardware force restart.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, please visit your local retailer or service center for inspection and repair.
My mobile phone has a very short standby time. How can I resolve this?
Reply: A mobile phone's standby duration is influenced by various factors, such as the battery having exceeded its warranty period, prolonged continuous calls, extended video playback, or a lengthy screen auto-off delay setting. If you notice that your phone's battery is draining rapidly, please visit a local retailer or service center for diagnosis and repair.
Why my phone gets hot while gaming?
a.Take short breaks between games
b.Close other running apps while gaming
c.Lower game graphics settings if available
Why my phone gets hot during calls or internet use?
a.Move to an area with better signal
b.Avoid long calls in low-signal locations
c.Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data when possible
Why my phone gets hot during charging?
a. Disconnect the charger and let the phone cool down

c.If overheating continues, visit an OALE Customer Service Center or contact OALE Team
Why my phone gets hot during standby or regular use?
a.remove the phone case
b.keep the phone away from direct sunlight
c.reduce the display brightness
d.mobile data, wi-fi, bluetooth, gps, and other connections you are not using
e.close background apps: tap the recent apps or multi-task button. tap [clear] or [x] to close all apps.
f.pause downloads: large file downloads increase processing and network activity. pause them until the phone cools down.
g.keep your phone away from other electronic devices
h.restart your phone: restarting clears temporary files and stops background tasks.
i. perform a factory reset:if overheating continues even when the phone is not in use or charging, consider a factory reset.
What to do if your OALE phone is stuck on the OALE logo?
a. Check buttons and liquid exposure: Ensure power and volume buttons aren't stuck. If the phone has been exposed to water, visit a service center. Remove any third-party cases that might block sensors.
b. Charge and force restart: Charge for at least 30 minutes before forcing a restart. Use a pin to press the reset hole, then press the power button for 3 seconds to restart.
c. Enter recovery mode and wipe data:
Power off the phone.
Press and hold power + volume down.
Select "Clear eMMC" with volume down and press the power button to confirm.
Note: This will erase all data, including apps and user information. You'll need to sign in with your Google account after reset.
d. Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact OALE Customer Service with your warranty card or reach out to OALE Support for further assistance.
What can I do to prevent the issue of the computer getting stuck on the OALE logo during startup from happening again?
You can try the following methods to avoid this situation happening again. If your phone froze, crashed, or restarted while using an app, follow these steps : a. Uninstall recently downloaded third-party apps that may cause instability. b.Clear running apps in the background. c.Ensure storage is not below 10%. Use File Manager or Phone Manager to clean cache and uninstall unused apps.
6 Ways to Extend Your OALE Phone ' s Battery Life
a.Change the Display settings
Adjust your phone's screen brightness. Alternatively, swipe down from the top to open the Control Center and adjust the slider of the screen brightness accordingly.
b.Disable Features When Not In Use
Switching off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and location services when they aren't needed can help extend your device's battery life.
c.Activate Airplane Mode in Areas With Weak Signal
If you find yourself in a location with poor or no signal, either turn off your device or enable Airplane mode. Swipe down from the top to open the Control Center and tap the [Airplane Mode] icon.
d.Secure Wi-Fi When Travelling
Use a secure Wi-Fi network rather than roaming while abroad, as roaming keeps searching for networks and puts extra demand on your battery.
e.Clean Your Phone
Uninstall apps that you haven’t used in over a month.Delete old, unused photos and videos from your Photos app. Or maybe transfer them to your computer.
f.Restart Your Device
Occasionally restart your device to refresh it. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons, and then drag.
Why Is My New OALE Phone Consuming Battery Quickly?
a. Newly installed apps will undergo compilation and optimization in the background. Once optimized, these apps will operate efficiently.
b. Migrated data will require various scanning and synchronization processes.
c. When using the phone for the first time, there will be background synchronizations of app accounts, such as chat messages and photo album synchronization.
d. This is a typical occurrence, and it should improve after a few days of usage once the system setup and synchronization processes are completed. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support.

Network, Call & Contact

During phone calls, the signal bars sometimes fluctuate or the call becomes intermittent. How can I resolve this?
If you are in an area where the carrier signal is relatively weak, the signal bars may fluctuate and the call quality may be affected. It is recommended that you move to an area with better signal reception for comparison testing (such as an urban area or a place without tall buildings blocking the signal). If the issue still persists, please visit your local retailer or service center for inspection and repair.

Data Backup, Restore & Reset

After replacing the motherboard or upgrading the software, my phone data was lost. Can it be recovered?
If the phone’s motherboard is damaged, the personal data stored in the chip may be lost and cannot be recovered.
If the phone can still power on but the upgrade tool was set to format or erase data during the upgrade process, the personal data stored in the chip may also be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

If your data is very important, it is recommended that you back up your data in advance before sending the phone for repair. You can use Google One to automatically back up photos, contacts, SMS messages, and call logs.
If you are not familiar with the process, you can inform the service staff at the retailer or service center when submitting the device for repair, and they can help you back up important personal information.
How to wipe data or reset your OALE phone?
Go to [Settings] - [System] - [Reset Options] - [Clear All Data] (Restore Factory Settings)
Wiping data or performing a factory reset may help if:
1)The phone is slow or lagging;
2)Apps crash frequently;
3)The device behaves abnormally after updates;
4)You want to erase personal data before selling or giving away the phone
5)The device cannot boot properly (Recovery Mode required)
Note: Factory reset and wipe data will erase: photos and videos; messages and call logs; installed apps and app data; system settings; internal storage files; accounts signed in on the device.

System Performance

The phone frequently freezes, games run sluggishly, and function menus are slow to respond (compared to other brands). I believe there is a quality issue with the product, but the seller or service center insists there is no quality problem.
There are significant differences in hardware and software between different brands, so we do not recommend making comparisons. However, you can ask the seller and service center to compare our products with the same model and configuration. If there is indeed a quality problem, you can ask them to repair it.
How to speed up slow and laggy OALE phone?
Step 1: Check storage availability
If storage is consistently low, performance improvements may be limited.
Step 2: Close unused background Apps
Step3: Tap the recent tasks / multitask button, swipe up to close unused apps
Step 3: Remove or reinstall problematic Apps
Uninstall apps that frequently crash or lag ,reinstall them from Google Play Store
Step 4: Reduce widgets and dynamic effects
Remove unnecessary widgets from the home screen
Step 5: Restart your phone regularly
Restart your phone at least once a week
To restart, press and hold the power button and follow on-screen instructions
Why is my OALE phone screen flickering?
a.Physical Damage
Taking immediate action is crucial if the problem arises after your phone experiences a drop or water exposure.Bring the warranty card and phone to the nearest service center for a thorough inspection and necessary troubleshooting.
b.Screen Verification with Friends
If both capture a screenshot and send it to a friend for verification.
If your friend observes a normal picture, the issue might be with your phone. Head to the nearest service center for a detailed check. If both parties notice abnormalities, try clearing background data and re-entering the application to check for normal functionality.
c.Software-Related Issues
If the problem is specific to a single software application: Clear application data (be cautious, as this may lead to data loss). Alternatively, uninstall and then re-download and install the problematic software.
d.Professional Inspection
If none of the above steps resolve the issue: Visit an service center. Bring your mobile phone along with the warranty card.

Password & Account

How to reset the lock screen password on your OALE phone if you forget it?
With the device powered off, press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously. Use the volume down button to select "Clear eMMC," then press the power button to restore factory settings.

Note: If you forgot your lock screen password and cannot unlock your device, data cannot be recovered.
How to change your lock screen password?
a. Go to [Settings]
b. Tap [Security & location]
c. Select [Device security]
d. Tap [Screen lock]
e. Enter your current password
f. Choose a new password type (Numeric, Pattern, Alphanumeric) and set your new password.
Always remember your lock screen password. If the password is forgotten, you will not be able to unlock your device or export any data stored on it.
